Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. 

On August 14, 2019, Willis Towers Watson Public Limited Company (the “Company”) announced that Adam Garrard, the current head of International, will become the head of the Corporate Risk and Broking segment, effective immediately. Todd Jones, the current head of the Corporate Risk and Broking segment and a “named executive officer” in the latest proxy statement, will be leaving the Company for a role at another company.
